This class combines the slow movements of Chi Kung for the benefit of mental, physical balance, and general well being, with an emphasis on “mindfulness”-remaining focused in the here and now. The health benefits of focused slow movement have been amply demonstrated by recent medical research. Instructor, Ellen Anthony, has been teaching Chi Kung for several years on Cape Cod $5.00 per class.
