Lease of Municipal Real Estate
Wireless Communications Facilities
The Town of Truro (the “Town”), acting by and through its Select Board, requests proposals from personal wireless services providers and/or telecommunications companies for the construction and operation of a telecommunications tower and related equipment at the South Truro Landfill, at Route 6, South Truro, Massachusetts, for the provision of wireless telecommunications services. The site consists of approximately 2.76 acres identified by the Assessors as Map 55, Parcels 2 and 3, and is described in an instrument recorded with the Barnstable Registry of Deeds in Book 1367, Page 1123. The lease will be for a term of up to twenty (20) years.
Request for Proposal packages are available at https://www.truro-ma.gov/home/pages/bids-proposals or by contacting the Town Manager’s Office at firstname.lastname@example.org or (508) 214-0201 during normal business hours, which are Monday through Thursday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., except for holidays.
Pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30B, § 16, sealed proposals must be received no later than August 23, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at the Office of the Select Board, 24 Town Hall Road, Truro, MA 02666, at which time all proposals will be opened and publicly read.

INVITATION FOR BIDS
The Town of Truro is seeking sealed bids for the East Harbor Culvert Repair and Eagle Neck Creek Salt Marsh Restoration Project.
Bids will be received at the Truro Town Hall, Administration Offices, 24 Town Hall Road, P.O. Box 2030, Truro, MA 02666, on or before August 10, 2021 at 2:30 PM.
Digital (PDF) copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained as of 12:00 noon, Wednesday, June 30, 2021 by transmitting an email request to the Truro Department of Public Works at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org . An email response with download link will be provided to the requester between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Mon-Fri.
Sealed envelopes containing bids shall be clearly marked "Bid Enclosed - East Harbor Culvert Repair and Eagle Neck Creek Salt Marsh Restoration Project". **NOTE: One original and one (1) copy of each bid shall be submitted. NO emailed or faxed proposals will be accepted.
A mandatory pre-bid conference and walk-thru will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at the Noons Landing Parking Area on Shore Road to review the East Harbor Culvert Repair project site. Attendees will then proceed to the Eagle Neck Creek Salt Marsh Restoration project site at the intersection of Mill Pond Road and Old County Road.
The Town of Truro reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informality contained therein, and to award the contract as decided to be in the best interest of the Town.
All submissions for this project are subject to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30, 39M. Prevailing wages apply.

LOCAL COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Truro is seeking requests for proposals from qualified consultants to provide services to update its Local Comprehensive Plan consistent with Cape Cod Commission requirements for certification. Applicants shall submit Non-Price Proposals and Price Proposals in separate envelopes marked accordingly. Complete proposals (both components – Non-Price Proposal and Price Proposal) must be received by Darrin Tangeman, Town Manager, Town of Truro, 24 Town Hall Road, P.O. Box 2030, Truro, MA 02666, no later than 4:00 p.m., Friday, July 2, 2021. An electronic copy of the Non-Price Proposal should ALSO be emailed to email@example.com.
