Property Inspections

Year Round the Town of Truro is performing Property Inspections to maintain our Assessment Records. The Massachusetts Department of Revenue details the Property Inspection Program HERE. We also have additional information HERE to learn more about our Property Inspection Program. 

Annually in the Spring, our vendor-PK Valuation Services, who is contracted by the Town to assist with commercial inspections, will be in the field inspecting commercial properties. Due to COVID-19,  they will be on site performing Exterior Commercial Inspections while practicing social distancing and wearing a mask at all times when out of their vehicle.
