1. Approval of Minutes from October 7, 2015.

2. Public comments

3. Cape Cod Commission: Current Master Planning meeting discussion(s).  CCC has our map showing recommended primary route for inclusion in their GIS system and mapping.  Secondary route recommendations.

4. MADOT response letter and action by Board of Selectmen.  Results of meeting with MaDOT to discuss improvements to be scheduled.

5.  Review of Board of Selectmen meeting discussion on October 27, 2015 regarding available funding through Region 5 and CCC.

6.  Beach & Recreation:  Letter for Brochure Boxes

7.  Road condition report by Tom Roda.

8.  Safety package cost estimates and order status.

9.  Budget (5 year plan).

10.  Bike Rodeo, discussions with school and other possible participants.

11.  Continuing Items.

12. Schedule next meeting in December 2016 .
