PUBLIC HEARING

 

On Monday, April 28, 2014 the Truro Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at the Truro Town Hall at 7:00 PM to hear the following:

*Continuation: 2014-001/ZBA – Truro Realty Trust, Alan Motch & Amy Waltch, Trustees,  by rep/atty Benjamin E. Zehnder, for property located at 6 Slade Hill Rd., (Atlas Sheet 50, Parcel 72), (Reg. of Deeds title ref: Book 14882, Page 28).  Applicant is seeking a Special Permit w/ ref. to Sec. 30.7.A. of the Truro Zoning Bylaw concerning alteration of an existing non-conforming single-family residence as per plans filed with the ZBA – continued from Feb. 24, 2014 and March 24, 2014;

Continuation: 2014-005/ZBA – Winkler Route 6 Trust, Michael F. Winkler, Trustee, by rep/atty Benjamin E. Zehnder, for property located at 1 Noons Heights Road (Atlas Sheet 39, Parcel 166)(Reg. of Deeds title ref: Book 17926, Page 238). Applicant is seeking a Special Permit w/ref. to Sec. 30.2.A. of the Truro Zoning Bylaw for use of property at Noons Heights Road for “industrial or manufacturing use” (Route 6 business district) for material screening and ABC (asphalt/brick/concrete) crushing on a limited basis, as per plans filed with the ZBA, as continued from March 24, 2014;

2014-006/ZBA –  David Kirchner, by rep/agt David Milliken/Milliken Construction, for property located at 6 Twinefield Rd. (Atlas Sheet 35, Parcel 125)(Reg. of Deeds title ref: Book 23166, Page 177, Certif. of Title #186957). Applicant is seeking a Special Permit w/ref. to Sec. 30.7A. of  the Truro Zoning Bylaw and MGL 40A, Sec.8 in order to enlarge an existing bathroom by 25 sq. ft., as per plans filed with the ZBA.
