The Truro Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at 6:00 pm at the Truro Town Hall, 24 Town Hall Road, Truro, on the following:
2016-006SPR Robert and Elena Rice, seek approval of an Application for Commercial Site Plan Review pursuant to §70.3 of the Truro Zoning By-law to demolish one unit and construct an addition to another unit of a condominium-converted cottage colony at 5 Great Hollow Road. The property is also shown on Atlas Map 42 Parcel 237.
Copies of the application and plan are available for review at the Truro Planning Department Office, 24 Town Hall Road, Truro.
