Executive Session: “Move that the Board of Selectmen enter into Executive Session in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 30A, section 21(a) number 3 to discuss strategies relative to collective bargaining whereas discussion of these matters in open session would have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the Town and to not reconvene in open session.” |
