Voters should arrive early for Special Town Meeting on Tuesday 11/28

Special Town Meeting Check-In Procedures

To accommodate the potential for high voter turnout for the November 28, 2023 Special Town Meeting, we ask community members to adhere to the following guidelines:

• Check-in for all voters begins at 4:30 pm. Please arrive early so that we can start the meeting on time.
• If we reach capacity in the gymnasium we are prepared to seat voters in the school cafeteria or library.  Individuals with mobility challenges are encouraged to check-in as close to 4:30 p.m. as possible so that they can be assured seating in the gymnasium.
• Non-voters will be welcomed into the building at the completion of voter check-in. To avoid obstructing emergency exits in the main hallway, we ask non-voters to arrive closer to 5:30 pm.
