The Town is pleased to announce that a resolution has been reached in the lawsuit appealing the grant of a comprehensive permit for the 39-unit affordable housing development on Town-owned land known as the Cloverleaf. 

Of the 39-units approved under the comprehensive permit, 20 units will be affordable at 80 percent of Area Median Income (AMI), eight units will be 80 to 120 percent of AMI, six will be market rate units, and five will be used flexibly where needed.

Under the Settlement Agreement reached with the plaintiffs, the developer Community Housing Resource, Inc. has agreed to minor reporting provisions and wider crosswalk striping, but no other changes to the development plan will be required. 

The dismissal of this appeal clears the way for funding and construction of this critically needed affordable housing project.
