Highland Road Drainage and Paving Project Commences

As of earlier this month, the Highland Road Drainage and Paving Project is underway. The project will address issues with stormwater drainage and flooding, as well as roadway repairs such as new pavement, driveway aprons, and markings. The town partnered with Dig It Construction and Excavating to perform and carry out the scope of the work. The estimated timeline for completion is mid-November.

During this time, the roadway will remain open with minor delays in traffic. In early November, there will be a short road closure period to accommodate full-lane paving. Specifics related to the closure will be released towards the end of the month. We understand this is a primary traffic route and we ask for patience during the construction period.
