Town Administrator’s Report

 

Executive Session: “Move that the Board of Selectmen enter into Executive Session in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 30A,section 21(a)3 to discuss strategy with respect to litigation regarding 25-27 Stephens Way where discussion and an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigation position of the Town; section 21(a)6 to consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property, where an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the Town; and, section 21(a) number 3 to discuss strategies relative to collective bargaining whereas discussion of these matters in open session would have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the Town and to not reconvene in open session.”
