Executive Session: “Move that the Board of Selectmen enter into Executive Session in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 30A, section 21(a) number 6, to discuss the lease or real estate, whereas discussion of these matters in open session would have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the Town, and Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 30A, section 21(a) number 3 to discuss strategies relative to collective bargaining whereas discussion of these matters in open session would have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the Town and to not reconvene in open session.” |
