PUBLIC DISCLOSURE NOTICE TO TRURO TAXPAYERS

The Town of Truro Board of Assessors is completing the Fiscal Year 2022 Revaluation as required by Massachusetts General Law Chapter 40, Section 56 to achieve full and fair cash value. This public disclosure is part of the Revaluation and Re-Certification of values that is required by statute every five years. The Assessors received Preliminary Certification from the Mass. Revisions to parcel data may be made during the public disclosure period. After that time, values will be set and submitted to the Department of Revenue for final  certification.
