Minutes of Virtual Meeing
February 26, 2021
Present: Co-Chair Deborah McCutcheon; Co-Chair Mary Rose; Anne Greenbaum, Susan Howe, Jane Petterson, Jim Summers

Co-Chair Deborah McCutcheon called the meeting to order at 4:45 p.m.
Recommendations for Sections of CPA Warrant Article
Three sections of the 2021 Town Meeting Warrant Article needed recommendations. Town Accountant Trudi Brazil explained the need for the Budgeted Reserve section.
Mary Rose moved to approve and recommend the 5% administrative percentage of $32,591. Anne Greenbaum seconded, and the motion carried 6-0.
Susan Howe moved to approve and recommend the CPC Warrant Article section to place the 10% of $65,181 allotment into an Open Space reserve for future use. Jim Summers seconded, and the motion carried 6-0.
Jane Petterson moved to approve and recommend the CPC Warrant Article section allotting $319,352 to a budgeted reserve for any approved CPA project. Mary Rose seconded, and the motion carried 6-0.
Presentation at Select Board Meeting
Mary Rose and Deborah McCutcheon will attend the Select Board meeting on Tuesday, March 9, 2021 to explain and answer questions on the sections of the CPA Warrant Article.
Next Meeting
The next CPC meeting will be held March 19, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. Agenda items will include a report on the Select Board presentation and discussion of revisions for the CPC Plan.
