About Outreach Services

The Outreach Program's mission is to assess the needs of Truro Residents age 60 and over, housebound or mobile. We advocate for these elders and provide them or their caregivers with up-to-date assistance, information and referrals for local, state and federal programs.

Home Safety Programs

• Truro Alert (provides emergency and public service alerts to Truro residents)
• Telephone Reassurance Program (for residents who live alone or are caring for a loved one)
