About Outreach Services

The Outreach Program's mission is to assess the needs of Truro Residents age 60 and over, housebound or mobile. We advocate for these elders and provide them or their caregivers with up-to-date assistance, information and referrals for local, state and federal programs.

Elders of Concern

The Truro Council on Aging prepares for an emergency, such as severe weather, by compiling a list of community members that they believe could use assistance during an emergency.

Fuel Assistance Checklist

The Fuel Assistance Program provides seniors with a low income household to help pay home heating bills.
