Town of Wellfleet / Herring River Restoration Project Low Lying Roads Contract Construction and Traffic Update #2
The week of January 26, N&M Excavating will mobilize to begin clearing trees along High Toss Road, Way 672, and Bound Brook Island Road West as they prepare to raise road elevations in those areas. Due to the narrow, dead-end nature of these roads no detour route is available for local residents. The contractor will allow for local traffic and emergency vehicles to pass. Anticipate delays as they may need to maneuver equipment and materials to allow traffic through. Police details will accompany the crews to assist residents.
