An ocean beach, Longnook Beach is located at the end of Long Nook Road. Access to Longnook beach can only be accomplished by a 50-foot to 70-foot steep, narrow path down the dune.

In season, a Truro Beach Parking Sticker, available online, is required for the parking lot.

Lifeguards are not available at this beach.

Directions From the Upper Cape

  1. Head east on U.S.-6 E toward Eastham/Provincetown
  2. At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit onto US-6 E/Mid-Cape Hwy. Continue to follow U.S.-6 E (17.1 mi)
  3. Turn right onto Long Nook Rd (0.3 mi)
  4. Turn left toward Long Nook Rd (79 ft)
  5. Turn right onto Long Nook Rd (1.3 mi)

Directions From the Lower Cape

  1.  Head northeast on U.S.-6 W toward Orleans
  2. Turn left onto Longnook Rd (0.3 mi)
  3. Turn left toward Longnook Rd (79 ft)
