This October, The Truro Public Library is hosting an exhibit of watercolors by Thomas J. Wojtalak in the Anne H. Brock Community Room. His themes include nautical and local scenes, and botanical works rendered with luminosity, expertise and a controlled talent.
The paintings in this exhibit are from Wojtalak's personal collection. He has been a member of The Artisan's Guild of Cape Cod and Society of Cape Cod Craftsmen and has participated in shows, exhibits and auctions on Cape Cod and throughout the Northeast. In addition to painting with watercolor, he has created collages of nautical scenes assembled with wood, one of which hangs in the Truro Public Library's Periodical Room. Wojtalak is a Truro resident. Inquiries can be made to the artist regarding the work via contact information available at the exhibit space.
