The Truro Housing Authority does not maintain a housing waiting list.
For rental housing inquiries, contact:

- Community Development Partnership in Eastham has a property manager, Alice Demoracski, who can be reached at 508-240-7873 Ext. 17
Both organizations manage rental housing in Truro.
Homeownership opportunities when arranged through THA will be announced through advertised lotteries and listed on this website. Habitat For Humanity Cape Cod will also list lottery application opportunities on their website for Lower Cape housing when available.
