East Harbor Phase I Outfall Pipe Repair and Dune Restoration Project Schedule

The East Harbor Phase I Outfall Pipe Repair and Dune Restoration project is underway.  Staging for construction will begin Friday December 21, 2018.

Staging will include the following:

• Closure of Noons' Landing parking lot from December 21, 2018 through mid-May 2019.
• Closure of Beach Point parking lot from December 21, 208 through mid-May 2019.
• Closure of Noons' Landing Beach access from December 21, 2018 through mid-May 2019.  Beach Point beach access will remain open.
• Traffic control consisting of signage, barricades and temporary traffic lighting will be installed in the area of Noons' Landing and south to the Beach Point parking area.
• No long term road closures will be required during construction.
• Temporary road closures and lane reductions may be needed only during offloading of materials and equipment.
• Work is scheduled to be completed, and access restored to all affected aread, in mid-May 2019
