Riverside Trauma Center helps people across the state recover from the overwhelming stress caused by traumatic events, including natural disasters, serious accidents, suicides, homicides, and terrorism, by providing community outreach and counseling. They serve communities, schools, health and human service providers, organizations, government agencies, workplaces, and individuals. The Riverside Trauma Center team is specifically trained in disaster/critical incident response and in grief support. The goal of coming to Truro is to help those impacted by a highly stressful event. Additional support and resource information will be available during the event. All are welcome to attend this free event.
