Truro Recreation Commission

In accordance with the Charter passed at ATE, April 22, 1992, Chapter 6-4-2(d), the Board of Selectmen shall be the appointing authority. On July 25, 2006, the BOS increased the membership from five members to seven.

 The Truro Recreation Commission has limited funds available to assist families in need with the expenses incurred from participating in athletic activities not offered by Truro Recreation or your child’s school. Participating child must be of school age (grades K-12) and a resident of Truro.

Participation in qualifying activities must have occurred between July 1, 2010 and June 30, 2011.

Please click here to fill out the reimbursement form and include copies of receipts as proof of participation.  Only one application is necessary per family, even for multiple children. Return completed form and required receipts by April 15, 2011, to:
