In accordance with the Charter passed at ATE, April 22, 1992, Chapter 6-4-1 and 4-3-1, the Board of Selectmen shall be the appointing authorities. ATM-4/96, voted (2) members at large to work on Town Hall Project. Revised membership and charge, ATM, 4/12/94, it is now to be a five-member board. Meetings as needed at Town Hall. Charge amended on 5/25/05 to a five member board and one alternate member.
