The Commission on Disabilities is seeking a new member!

The Commission on Disabilities is seeking a new member! We are the group who helped to bring mobi mats and beach wheelchairs to Head of the Meadow and Corn Hill beaches. We have endorsed outdoor concerts at the totally accessible Truro Public Library and co-sponsored a presentation about the comic side of multiple sclerosis with the Council on Aging. The qualifications for board membership are an interest in disability and accessibility issues and the ability to attend our meetings on the second Friday of each month. We encourage you to come to our next meeting on Friday, September 12, 2014 at 3 PM to see what we are all about.
