NOTICE TO TRURO TAXPAYERS - The Board of Assessors has received preliminary certification for property valuations for Fiscal Year 2017

The Truro Board of Assessors has received preliminary certification from the Massachusetts Department of Revenue (DOR) for its property valuations for Fiscal Year 2017. In compliance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40 Section 56, these Fiscal Year 2017 valuations are available for taxpayer review, June 6 - 10, 2016, by clicking here. Hard copies are also available for review at the Assessor’s Office. The Proposed Fiscal Year 2017 Valuations are subject to final DOR approval and these assessments are as of January 1, 2016.
