| Reassurance Program |
In conjunction with the Truro Police Department and as part of the TRIAD program,
It is designed for seniors in the Town of Truro who live alone or live with an ailing spouse or relative to determine if all is well once per day. Anyone wishing to join the program
is invited to call the police department at 508-487-8730 to sign up. |
| SHINE |
Servicing Health Insurance Needs of Elders (SHINE).
A state certified volunteer counselor assists with questions seniors may encounter with changes in medical insurance programs including Medicare and HMO’s and other programs. SHINE is a state-funded program providing free health insurance counseling to seniors.
