Committee Meetings
The Tercentennial Committee generally meets the third Monday of each month at
4 p.m. at the Truro Library. We need input from the community! All are welcome to attend.
Public Forums
We hold occasional public forums to discuss our progress and to solicit ideas and suggestions from the Truro community. Watch for announcements in the paper and on this website for upcoming forums.
Commemorative Quilt
A commemorative quilt is being designed to be hung in one of our municipal buildings. This wall hanging will be approximately 4' by 5' and will feature the anniversary logo surrounded by 14 quilt blocks representing various aspects of the town's history. Deadline for completion of the blocks is June 30. A quilting bee will be held at the Truro Library during the summer to complete the assembly. Anyone intereted in working on this project is asked to contact Nancy Spillane
